Refund Policy - the basics

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 5 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect. Certain items, such as sale items and custom orders, are final sale and cannot be returned. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding any shipping fees.
