Exodus does not guarantee specific delivery dates, and we are not liable for shipping delays caused by external factors such as weather, customs, or courier issues. Once an order leaves our facility, it is under the carrier’s responsibility. Any claims for lost or damaged shipments should be made with the carrier, though we will assist where possible.
Shipping Policy - the basics
Exodus aims to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Shipping times depend on the carrier and the destination, and tracking information will be provided upon shipment. While we strive for timely deliveries, we are not responsible for delays due to courier issues, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers must provide accurate shipping information at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees. If a package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 days with supporting documentation for assistance.
